We constructed a two-storey extension in Wardley, Gateshead. It provided an additional bedroom and enlarged the bathroom on the 1st floor as well as installing a new staircase.
The ground floor saw a new kitchen and utility room created and the size of the living room increased at the rear of the property. Aluminium BiFold doors were also installed to the rear. Garden was also landscaped and new fences erected.
